Hello! I’m Aurora. I’m a native Californian, cradle Catholic, and author of How I Stayed Catholic at Harvard. I studied the Classics at Harvard, and received my A.B. in 2014. There I served as President of the Catholic Student Association and founded a chapter of the Daughters of Isabella. I was awarded a Rhodes Scholarship to study Theology at Oxford, where I earned my M.Phil in 2016. So far, my academic research has focused on the Church Fathers and Thomas Aquinas. My Catholic commentary has been published in The National Catholic Register, Catholic World Report, The Catholic Herald, The Harvard Crimson, and other places (see featured writings). I am also passionate about speaking to students about keeping their faith in college—hence the subject of my first book! If you would like to invite me to speak, interview me, or commission an article, see the contact page.
